I just finished the OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon (I'm posting this about two hours after I finished, I finished at 9:30 and now it's 11:30). I have a track meet in two days. Should I run or would it hurt my body?What is the best way to cool down for the next few days after a mini-marathon?well if u did the marathon today. you dont need to run anymore today...if the track meet is the day after tommorow you should rest tommorowWhat is the best way to cool down for the next few days after a mini-marathon?Throw yourself on a couch and wait for stuff to stop aching... cooldown only works for half an hour or so after you've done the actual running part :)
