i just got an hp mini today and i don't know how to change the backround,
i read on another post that you had to upgrade windows 7 to make any changes.
can someone please explain how to do so?
-- thanks .How to change the backround on my HP mini?Unless you have windows 7 home premium and up or xp, you cannot change the desktop background. Unless you want to use third party programs. Which I DO NOT recommend.
