smart: I cant figure out how to change the background on a windows 7 mini netbook! When I right click on a photo I want, it doesnt have the "Set as background" option. I went to settings and all that, but I still cant find it. You have to do their $79.99 "Anytime Upgrade" to Home Premium to get that, or else some people find software like Stardock's MyColors lets them do it.
