How do u play the DVC from camera into a VCR. I hooked it up with the cables into the audio and video inputs.
Is there an adapter to that u have to put the mini dvc into 2 play it in the VCR.How do u get the mini DVC to play in a VCR?First I would check the output of the camera by connecting the video and audio cables from the camcorder to inputs on your TV. Make sure to select the corrent input. If you see a picture, you know the output of the camera is working.
Now, plug the RCA cables into an INPUT source on the back of your VCR. Make sure you have properly selected the input source of your VCR to "line" or something similar to that. Make sure the output of the VCR is properly going to the TV inputs.
On some machines it may be necessary to press the RECORD button on the VCR, but that isn't very likely if it is newer equipement.
To answer your quesiton, NO, there is no way to take a mini-dv tape and insert into some sort of cassete adapter. The only one like that I am aware of is the older format VHS-C, longsense gone from mainstream video cameras.
GOOD LUCK
