You can use that knowledge to redirect the person to a page made specifically for their device. Each device has a different screen size, so try to take at least the major ones into account...you could make a page for iPhones, Blackberries, and some of the major Android phones. Set strict page dimensions that coincide with the screen size. It's okay to have it longer than the size of the screen, but make sure it's not wider...people don't like to scroll sideways! The page should be fairly simple with not too many options...use large buttons, and make the most popular features very prominent and easy to access...
