Dark blue, smart looking jeans. A light pink thin jumper. A black jersey blazer with turned up 3/4 length sleeves and black ankle boots. Would that count as smart casual for a 15 yr old girl?? I work for the NHS in an admin environment and people would wear jeans if heading somewhere after work. In the past in a City bank Jeans would have been out of place for permanent staff, but we allowed local school children in for visits and asked to look smart they often work even coloured jeans.
