smart: So I'm shopping around for a birthday gift for my mother. She lives out in the boonies, and cable connection isn't available. We were thinking DSL might be possible, but then someone reminded me about using a smart phone as a modem. I've looked at FAQs, and it seems that it can be done. How good is it?
