I used to jog indoors for about 30-45 minutes 3 days a week, but I stopped over the summer. I want to jog all of a mini-marathon in April, any suggestions on how to get started?How would I get ready for a mini-marathon in April?hi Amanda

How would I get ready for a mini-marathon in April?well the gbest thing you should do is make a calender and organize what are you going to run,good days to run is tues,weds,thurs because monday and friday are busy days,saturday you could do an extra run and take sunday off,eat right not to much or to little.I hope i helped.
