1. You have NO clue what you are doing
2. You thin YA is the place to learn it
3. You don't know how old she is
4. You know nothing of her pedigree
5. No health clearances
6. Not registered
7. No titles
8. Not breeding material
9. You refer to her estrus cycle as a period - TWO DIFFERENT THINGS.
Get...your...dog...fixed.|||Why are you going to breed a dog of unknown pedigree? What are you hoping to get by breeding her? How much money do have set aside for the emergencies that often happen when toy breeds whelp? Are you ready to watch your new dog die? It happens.
No dog should be bred until the health testing is completed. You鈥檝e done nothing to find out if she is a carrier for LCP Disease or IVDD, or how her Patellas grade out, or even if her thyroid is normal. You have absolutely no idea if you would be reproducing bad genes.
No dog should be bred unless it can contribute something positive to the breed. Has your dog ever been evaluated by a breed expert? Has she earned a title or ever even entered a standardized competition? Why would you want to breed a dog that is not a great example of her breed and has proven it? A Min Pin is a companion dog, so it should have an obedience title, or Rally, or, at the very least, a simple CGC.
I know you鈥檒l go ahead and breed the girl anyway, because you can and you have dollar signs dancing before your eyes. When your dog is on her 9th to 18th day of heat, which is actually when she cycles from proestrus into estrus, she may be receptive to a male. Enjoy being a scummy backyard breeder. My mini pin is having her period how long after is she ready for her male companion to mate?If you're calling it a period, you should not be breeding.
If you don't know your dogs age, you should not be breeding.
If you have no clue on how to get two dogs to mate, you should not be breeding.
If you have not put time and money into your dogs health certifications, discovering if your dog and the male dog is worthy of breeding, you should not breeding.
If you have to come on to yahoo answers, to ask questions that will ultimately be life or death situations, you should not be breeding.|||if she is younger than 2 she shouldn't be bred...you will know when she's ready to mate by rubbing her back down by her tail...she will move her tail to the side to accept the male...you need to make sure the males smaller than her...My mini pin is having her period how long after is she ready for her male companion to mate?Mate her after you take her to the vet and spay her. Spay her and let her lead a long happy life if you want to think about breeding in the future find a breed mentor study for a few years and then decide if breeding is for you|||if you have to ask this then you can not be responsible enough to breed.
get her spayed please, don't become another backyard breeder.|||Wait until about two months after the bleeding has stopped. This will guarantee that she has a big litter.|||when she is about 5 years old.|||Heat periods average 3 weeks. Usually by the last week, sometimes the last 2 weeks they are ready to get pregnant. Just keep her with the male for 2 weeks. You need her, her vagina sort of opens when shes ready and the bloody discharge thins out and sometimes goes away entirely when she is ready to mate and she will be willing when shes ready- ie. let the male mate. When shes not ready she wont let him mate.
